Renaissance BioScience Appoints Victor Dusik as Director

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 21, 2020 — Renaissance BioScience Corp., a leading global bioengineering company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor S. Dusik to the company’s board of directors. 

“We are pleased to welcome Mr. Dusik to the Renaissance board of directors. Vick is an acknowledged expert in corporate governance and risk management for both private and publicly traded companies. He is a strong supporter of the company’s mission and his contribution will be a welcome addition to the board,” said Maurice Boucher, Renaissance Executive Chairman.

Mr. Dusik is currently the Managing Director of Imro Capital Corp. and has been active as a director and officer of multiple private and public companies since September 2000. Prior to that, Vick was a senior partner of Ernst & Young LLP (EY), finishing his 31-year career with the global accounting firm as the Director of Business Risk Consulting for Western Canada. Vick is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Business Valuator and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, having completed his ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and has been a lecturer and a member of the Management Advisory Council for the Faculty of Management at the University of Calgary.
